These rules describe data processing through the form and technical services used by the site.
Data controller
The owner of the Dobrze Wdrożone brand will be the data controller. Full business details must be completed before public launch.
Contact form
We process your name, email, optional company, selected topic, message, source page and consent version to reply and prepare potential cooperation. Do not send customer data, passwords or confidential files.
Providers and processing
Cloudflare Pages, Turnstile and D1 provide hosting, form protection and secure enquiry storage. Resend handles email notifications and confirmations.
Retention
Form enquiries are deleted after 90 days by default, unless further retention follows from a business relationship, legal duty or agreement.
Analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure traffic and technical events without storing form content. Names, email addresses, company details and messages are not sent to analytics.
Your rights

Cookies
The site does not install advertising or profiling trackers. Turnstile may use technical mechanisms needed to protect the form.
