Terms of cooperation
General terms for audits, prototypes, AI implementations, automation, and work on .NET and SQL systems. An accepted proposal or contract takes precedence over these terms.
Service provider and application
The owner of the Dobrze Wdrożone brand will be the service provider. Full business and registration details must be completed before public launch. These are default B2B terms; scope, schedule, fees, acceptance criteria and special conditions are defined in each accepted proposal or contract.
Service scope and responsibilities
Services may include analysis, consulting, audits, proof of concept, development, integrations, maintenance and support. The client provides accurate information and required permissions and confirms that data, code and materials may legally be shared. The provider reports identified risks and performs the agreed work with due care.
Development environments and testing
New solutions, migrations, integrations and AI features are normally built and checked in development, test or staging environments, using synthetic, anonymised or safely copied data where possible. Production changes require an agreed time, scope, deployment and rollback plan. A verified backup is required before operations affecting data or availability; the client provides it unless the agreement assigns this duty to the provider. Test results do not guarantee identical production behaviour when environments, data, load or integrations differ.
Proper use of the solution
The client should use the solution for its agreed purpose and follow documentation, technical requirements and security rules. Misuse includes operating outside scope, ignoring warnings, untested changes, unauthorised access, incorrect data or treating a demo, development version or PoC as production-ready. To the extent allowed by law, the provider is not liable for effects of such misuse, uncontrolled third parties, unapproved changes, missing backups or decisions based on unverified data.
Liability for damage
Technology can fail and testing reduces but cannot eliminate risk. In B2B relations and to the extent allowed by law, the provider is not liable for lost profit or indirect damage arising from circumstances outside its responsibility. Project-specific limits are defined in the proposal or contract. Nothing excludes liability that mandatory law does not permit to be limited, including intentional damage; consumers retain all mandatory rights.
AI-based solutions
AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Systems use validation, confidence thresholds and exception handling appropriate to the risk, but results affecting rights, finances, safety or other important decisions should be reviewed by an authorised person. AI does not replace legal, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Confidentiality and private information
All non-public information about the client, idea, process, system, data, documentation, correspondence and business problems is confidential. Access is limited to people who need it for agreed work and are bound by confidentiality. A client's name, logo, screenshots, code or case study is never published without prior explicit approval, including anonymised portfolio material. Separate NDA terms may be agreed.
Data and security
Data access is limited to the minimum necessary. Transfer, storage, retention and deletion rules follow the project and risk. Personal data is processed under applicable law and agreed roles. Confidential files, passwords and customer data should not be sent through the public form; a suitable channel is agreed after cooperation starts.
External services and components
A project may use third-party libraries, cloud services, APIs or models. Their availability, licences, limits and terms may change independently of the provider. Selection, costs and data processing are agreed as part of the solution architecture.
Final provisions
An individually agreed proposal or contract takes precedence, followed by these terms. Changes do not automatically modify existing contracts. The parties first seek an amicable solution to disputes without limiting either party's statutory rights.
