Problem
Users upload many file formats, and prohibited content is not always visible in the attachment name or description. Extension checks alone do not protect against malicious, illegal or policy-breaking material.
Solution
The pipeline verifies the actual type, size and integrity, runs a security scan, then analyses extracted text, images and metadata. Depending on risk, an attachment is accepted, quarantined or blocked before sending and publication.
Control and escalation
The system combines deterministic rules with AI classification and specialist services for each content type. Ambiguous cases are secured and passed to an authorised moderator; the model does not make a final legal assessment on its own.
Result
Suspicious files are stopped before publication, while the team receives a risk category and evidence for review.
