Automatic spam detection and routing

Classification of unwanted messages and enquiries and routing them away from the main queue.

Problem

Spam mixed with genuine enquiries and increased response times. Rigid filters let modified messages through or rejected valuable contacts.

Solution

The classifier combines sender reputation, technical metadata, frequency, similarity to past campaigns and content analysis. Categories such as spam, bulk sales, phishing and automated notifications are routed to the right sections with a defined retention period.

Protecting legitimate enquiries

The system never permanently deletes a message solely on an AI score. Users can restore a wrongly classified enquiry, and the correction feeds quality evaluation and rule tuning.

Result

Main queues remain clear, while spam, bulk offers and suspicious enquiries go to separate controlled sections.
